Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT on business days are processed the same day; other orders are processed the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Carrier transit within the contiguous U.S. is estimated at 3–5 business days after pickup, for a total estimated delivery of 4–7 business days. These transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We ship within the contiguous 48 United States only and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. 6. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete. We do not process direct exchanges; return the item for a refund and place a new order if you want a different item. Return shipping is free, with no restocking fee and no reset fee. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and your payment provider typically posts the refund within 7–10 business days.
